A few useful answers.
Do I need to know how to play?
No experience is needed. Your guide explains the controls and the basic game flow in English, helps you get started and stays nearby while you play.
What does the tour fee include?
The experience includes guidance in English and help with your first pachinko session. Gratuities are included. Money to rent balls or Tokens and bottled water are not included.
How much play money should I bring?
We suggest a separate play budget of ¥3,000–5,000 per person. Your tour fee does not include this money. Decide your spending limit before you start; the experience does not guarantee a win.
Can children join?
Pachinko halls are for adults aged 18 and over. Bring identification in case your age needs to be checked, and check the available traveller age categories on Viator before booking.
How big is the group?
The Viator listing allows a maximum of 10 travellers. This is a small-group experience, and other guests may join your departure.
Can I cancel my booking?
The current Viator listing offers a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts. Check the cancellation deadline and terms shown for your selected date when you book.
